Find a good fitting shirt

A good fitting collar is one where you have one finger space between your neck and the collar when buttoned

2/ Lay the shirt on a flat surface

When you've found a good fitting shirt, place it button-side up, and unbutton it to extend the collar.

3/ Measure it from collar button to the button hole

Place the end of your tape measure on the collar button, and run your tape along the collar band to the end of the button hole. To get an accurate reading run your hands along the fabric to extend the collar, and take the measurement at the outer edge of the button hole.

Round it off to the nearest centimeter of quarter of an inch.

Things to consider

    • Make sure the shirt is flat and fully extended to get a good reading
    • Do not add anything extra for the shrinkage, we will do that for you.
