Problem with most linen is not that they wrinkles. Wrinkles are a given and a part of the look and charm. Rather it’s the fact that they become a misshapen mess by the end of the day. This cloth has lovely fall that holds shape and looks great all day. The color finish is sophisticated and MoM have nailed in my size long back, so no worries there. So all in all, a clear winner!

As I had informed you at the outset I am a very exacting customer. It has taken some months - almost six - from the very first order placement to the final (almost there) pair but your team has lasted the course with me and are still open to making some final tweaks

In terms of customer service there is no match for Monks of Method that I have seen worldwide

This deserves special commendation because it reflects the ethos of your establishment that has to be driven from the top and through the whole organisation

This results in a desire to keep your customer satisfied on a level that is unique

The quality of the cloth was variable - I recall the first pair you built had all sorts of ripples and a poor quality fly button etc

This pair shouldn’t have been shipped - perhaps an area to tighten up controls

Thereafter two pairs were made and didn’t work for fit reasons though the quality of the cloth and the buttons was fine

You stated that the best alternative was to refund the monies to me and nullify the transaction - I accepted this

Thereafter, your master took it on himself to try to build a pair that met the fit we had discussed at no cost to me

This resulted in two more attempts with detailed discussions - a huge investment of time and your money

At this point, coming so close to an ideal fit, and we’re still not there, I placed an order which I’ve just received and have sent detailed feedback to Gaurav

There's many elements to commend here. Firstly, the Jeans itself. They fit very very accurately to measurement. They feel really nice. They have zero stretch, thankfully, but yet don't feel hard or uncomfortable. I am assuming they will also form to my body as I use them. But right out of the box, very ready to wear. The box itself is very thoughtful. The packaging, while minimalist and neat, is also very thoughtful and personal. Feels like enough care has been given to every element, making it a very personalised experience. To top all of this, the team is very very responsive and always ready to make changes in case anything feels off or uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this enough, please get yourself a pair to know what I am on about.
