It’s slower, yes—but it’s better for the planet and more meaningful for you.
How Do Pre-orders Work?

Reserve your item before it's made. Just place your order and pay in full to secure your spot.
2. We Make Only What’s Ordered
Once the pre-order window closes, we start production based on actual orders. That means no overproduction, no waste.
3. We Keep You in the Loop
You'll receive email updates when production starts, ends, and when we ship your order.
4. You Receive a Thoughtfully Made Product
Each piece is made-to-order or made-to-measure. It takes a bit longer, but it's worth the wait. Expect delivery within 60–90 days of the campaign close.

When will I receive my pre-ordered product?
We aim to ship within 60–90 days from the end of the preorder campaign. Timelines may vary slightly by product.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, the full amount is collected upfront to confirm your spot and help us plan production accurately.
Can I cancel or return a pre-order?
Because your piece is made just for you, cancellations and returns are typically not accepted. We offer exchanges, remakes or alterations if you are facing fit issues. Reach out if you're unsure.
How will I know what’s happening with my order?
You'll get email updates when production starts, ends, and when your product ships. Join ‘The Monks Collective’ community for exclusive pre-order drops and status updates.
What if my measurements change before delivery?
Let us know ASAP if your sizing changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate updates before production begins.
What happens if you don’t receive enough preorders?
If we don’t hit our minimum order quantity, we’ll cancel the batch and issue a full refund to all customers. No hidden fees or penalties. As a thank you for your support, you’ll also get a 10% discount on your next purchase.
What happens if the fabric is not available from the stated mill?
In the rare event that the fabric is unavailable from the stated mill, we will procure an equivalent from another reputed mill to ensure the quality and characteristics of the product remain consistent.
